Sanctions Desk accepts a limited number of outside contributions from practitioners with direct experience in news and analysis for this market. Pitch or submit to contact@sanctionsdesk.com.

We do not run an open guest-post program. Exceptions may be made for practitioner perspectives on live market themes, short explainers tied to public guidance, or pieces we specifically solicit.

If we invite or accept an outside contribution, these guidelines apply:

• Keep the piece focused and usually under 900 words, unless an editor agrees otherwise.
• The story must be exclusive to Sanctions Desk until publication.
• No blatant promotional content for a firm, product, or individual.
• Write for industry professionals: clear narrative, concrete takeaways, and public sources where claims matter.
• Editors may edit for style, length, and clarity. Material edits will be shared when time allows.
• Timing is editorial's call.
